The parameters needed for dimensioning of concrete floors:
- surface compactness
- base concrete
- hydroizolation type
- envisaged loads:
                                 - mechanical
                                 - static
                                 - chemical
- projected concrete brand
- foreseen additive –superplastifier
 for better malleability and higher mark
-- necessary thickness of concrete
- adequate reinforcement in one or two zones
- micro-reinforcement

 

Micro-reinforcement
The advantages of using micro-reinforcement are the following:
- simpler and faster concrete installation
- possible bigger static loads
- mechanically more resistant concrete, resistant to  shock damages
- prevents appearance of micro-fissures in concrete
- smaller linear deformations during concrete binding and solidification
- decreased possibility of irregular concrete cracking
- more durable concretes, resistant to aging and corrosion

Modern equipment with laser guidance enables us to apply the state-of-art technologies of laying concrete. Due to this, we can always meet the quality and quantity requirements for the works carried out.
We lay concrete following the latest recommendations of the American Concrete Institute (ACI), and in accordance with the primary standards ASTM 1155M and DIN 18202.
The quality control in Serbia is carried out by IMS, Faculty of Civil Engineering and Road Institute from Belgrade.

COPPERHEAD with LASER SCREED technology was made for laying concrete on smaller surfaces and interfloor constructions. During the concrete laying, the machine moves over single or double reinforcement grid with laser guidance, therefore the laying is carried out without leading reins.

Rotation honing machines
single and double, used for rough and smooth processing of concrete surfaces and ferrous concrete. Installed anti-magnetic device prevents floating of micro-reinforcement.

SOMERO S series with LASER SCREED technology enables laying concrete up to 2500 m per day. It is laser guided with set parameters; therefore we do not need leading reins.
SOMERO lays concrete over the reinforcement, without damaging it, thanks to powerful telescope
6 m long.

The laser signal which guides COPPERHEAD and SOMERO S series, is computer processed with frequency of 10 operations per second.
