Our daily capacity of laying concrete is up to 2500 m
- we carry out daily breaks and continuations of laying concrete with application of holdfast
- we offer the possibility of making concrete without working clamps on the surface up to 2000 m applying the last generation additives
We carry out the concrete cutting within two to three days after laying concrete
- we cut concrete up to 1/3 of the concrete panel thickness
- by cutting the concrete panel in even rasters we prevent its irregular breaking
- classic – by foils and moisturizing
- modern – protection materials which:
- increase the concrete solidity up to 35 %
- make surface water resistant
- have gloss
- facilitate surface maintenance
- prevent concrete drying
- nurture both fresh and old concrete
- permanently impregnate the surface
Following the project requirement, we use concrete additives in order to obtain required concrete characteristics:
- superplastifiers – for obtaining high quality concretes
- plastifiers for concrete plasticity
- binding enhancers
- binding slower-downs
- additives for VDP concrete
- additives for winter concrete laying
- additives for concrete resistance to frost and salts
- additives for obtaining concrete polymers
Additives – additions for concrete are necessary part of modern constructions, since we use them to set the concrete characteristics according to requirements and needs.
We use the superplastifiers of the renowned foreign producers. Superplastifiers:
- significantly reduce water and increase concrete mark
- provide concrete liquidity
- enable obtaining the so called self-installing and self- compacting concretes
- provide concrete malleability and plasticity
- postpone the beginning of binding
- enable longer transport
- facilitate concrete pumping
More and more projects require polymer concretes. Their characteristics are the following:
- better physical, mechanical and chemical characteristics
- plasticity
- water impermeability
- resistance to frost and salts
- durability
- possibility of combining with other additives
